Service Description

The customized massage is great for a get-to-know and try your therapist session. And especially recommended for problem focused massage or energy work. With this reservation, it's up to you to choose and customize what you want and need. There are so many techniques and styles and every therapist has his or her own style and aura. A good massage does not only depend on how good the therapist's skills are, but it also depends on if there is a click or synergy between the person getting a massage and the one giving the massage. Communication and trust is a big factor which contributes to a fulfilling and satisfying massage. By communication I mean, being able to express what you need and being open to experiment and try out new techniques. It's a work in progress and everything depends on your degree of cooperation. Suggestions for you to think about and let me know the verdict: Where are my problem spots (tightness, pain, loss of range of motion or something else)? Which zones/areas of my body do I prefer to get massaged (feet, hands, belly, head etc.)? Am I in the mood for soft or firm, relaxing or taking care of problem spots? Do I like strokes, pressure point focussed pressing, stretching, or the feeling of pulling strings? How about the rhythm? Fast or slow? Do you prefer the use of elbows, hands, or feet? Are you a sensitive and spiritual person?

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, 50% of the massage treatment cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. No shows do not get a refund.
